About Me.
Expanse works one on one with clients to determine their stretching needs, goals, and commitment level. Whether assisted stretching is an addition to your self care routine or you are making a targeted approach toward meeting your goal of increasing range of motion for sports, leisure, or pain management, Expanse will work with you to make it happen. This is a mobile service, with a home base. Clients can work with expanse in the comfort of their own home, or work with their practitioner in her studio. Your practitioner is equipped with a portable Stretch table and all of the tools necessary to stretch you toward your goal
Our clients partner with Expanse to make gains in range of motion, alleviate muscle tension, increase blood flow and circulation, and decrease daily pain levels.
